This Privacy Policy describes how In This House We Believe ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit inthishousewebelieve.com, design a sign, place an order, or contact us. By using the site, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account-free design data. Sign text, colors, fonts, size selection, and related customization choices you enter in the designer.
- Order and shipping information. Name, email, shipping address, phone (if provided), and order identifiers needed to fulfill a purchase.
- Payment information. Processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited payment metadata (for example, last four digits or receipt IDs) but not full card numbers.
- Communications. Messages you send via the Contact form or email, including your name and reply address.
- Technical data. Standard log and device data such as IP address, browser type, referring pages, and approximate location derived from IP, collected to operate and secure the site.
2. How we use information
- To generate artwork, process checkout, fulfill orders, and provide customer support.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, shipping updates, service notices).
- To detect fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
- To improve the designer experience and site performance.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We share information with service providers who help us operate the business, including:
- Stripe for payment processing;
- Print-on-demand and shipping partners for production and delivery;
- Formspree for contact-form delivery;
- Hosting, analytics, and infrastructure vendors as needed to run the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
